Recreational Gymnastics Monthly Membership rates:
One hour per week - $90.00 per month
Two hours per week - $170.00 per month
Annual membership - $40.00
Memberships fees are non-refundable.
Every Saturday we have OPEN GYM!
Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Girls Beginner
1 hour class focusing on developing basic skills on all gymnastics apparatus. This level focuses on the foundational requirements of gymnastics - balance, flexibility, and core strength. Skills include forward roll, backwards roll, hand stand, candle stick, cartwheel, back bend, etc.
Girls Intermediate
Intermediate Girls Gymnastics begins after the gymnast has mastered all the skills from the Beginner’s curriculum. Intermediate skills include drills for back handsprings on floor, cartwheels on the short beam, back hip circle on the bars, round off dismounts, etc. Gymnasts will continue to develop their gymnastics and learn new skills.
Girls Advanced
The gymnast will continue to develop their form, consistency, flexibility, strength, and performance. Example skills include bridge kickover, back and front walk over, handstand forward roll, pike position, round off backhand spring, etc. Gymnast must master all intermediate level skills to be eligible to participate in the advance class - this level of gymnastics is by invitation only.
Girls Pre-Team
This is the most advanced recreational level which prepares the gymnasts to join the team. This class is only by invitation.
Team
A gymnast must master all recreational gymnastics skills prior to being eligible for entry on the team. Once on the team, the gymnast can begin to compete. Team levels include Level 1-10 and XCEL
